Are the 'Personalized Note Card' actually handwritten?
Yes! We do take the time to hand write each personal message onto a beautiful note card. We believe this gives the extra personal touch that the recipient of the Brown Box will enjoy.
Do you have any Gluten Free options?
We don't have a set Brown Box that is only Gluten Free, but we do offer a lot of treats that are Gluten Free. Please send us a message at Hello@BrownBoxTreats.com and we can help put one together for you!
How can I place an order for multiple Brown Boxes and ship to different addresses?
We are currently working to improve our website to allow multiple shipping addresses. In the meantime, please make one purchase of all the Brown Boxes and send us an email (hello@BrownBoxTreats.com) of the shipping addresses. We will make sure they get mailed to the right place.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are only shipping within the U.S. right now along with Military Mail via USPS. Please continue to check back as we plan on adding international orders.
How can I track my order? Where is my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the USPS tracking number. Please check your junk box, the confirmation email might be in there. If you didn’t receive this email, please email us Hello@BrownBoxTreats.com
Will my chocolate treats be safe going to a hot location?
We want your chocolate treats to be enjoyed in their best condition so please consider this if your chosen Brown Box contains chocolate to be sent to a hot climate, as the products could melt during transit!
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
Our departments work hard, aligned and according to every single order with the highest quality and service. If there is a concern with faulty or damaged item, please email us at Hello@BrownBoxTreats.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
